Religious Ed begins September 15th.

Stewardship Renewal begins September 14-15.  This is such an exciting time of the year where we are invited to evaluate how we use the gifts of time, talent and treasure. Over the next few weeks, please pray about where God is calling you to grow in the coming year.  On September 28-29, each parish family is asked to return their completed commitment card that you will receive in the mail.

RCIA Open House is September 18th, 7PM in the Parish Center.  Have you every thought about joining the Catholic Church? Were you raised in a Protestant tradition but now feel drawn toward Catholicism?  Is your spouse or fiance Catholic and perhaps you would like to share in his or her faith?  Are you a baptized Catholic who has never celebrated First Communion or Confirmation?  Are you unbaptized but feel a call from God to draw closer to him and the Church?  If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then RCIA may be right for you.  If you have questions about RCIA or to sign up for for class please contact the parish office at 815-498-2010.  First class is Wednesday, September 25th at 7pm.

Womens Society Winter Clothing Drive. Hats, gloves, coats, sweatshirts, blankets, flannel shirts, boots and socks are needed for Hesed House in both adult/children sizes. Drop off donations at the Parish Center after all masses September 28-October 13 or call Mary Stout at 815-498-3227.

There will be a Eucharistic procession around Planned Parenthood , 3051 E. New York St., Aurora, on Saturday, September 28th, 10AM led by Fr. Butler and Fr. Parker of Holy Cross, Batavia. Please come and stand up for life!

Day of Recollection. Women's Society invites all women of the parish to a Day of Recollection on Tuesday, October 1st.  We will begin our time together at 9am.  Our speaker is Deacon Ron Yurcus who will present "Following In the Footsteps of St. Frances of Assisi."  Mass will be at 11am followed by lunch and an afternoon session until 2pm.  We hope you will join us.  Tickets are $10 per person.  Please RSVP to Delores Devine at 815-498-2040 or Kathleen Carr at 312-303-0869
